The Melbourne Business School Entrepreneurs Club is holding the annual Beer Mat Challenge at the Queensberry Hotel next Tuesday the 29th at 7pm.

The Beer Match Challenge is designed to provide a forum for socialisation for budding entrepreneurs. Participants from all levels of university are welcome!

The event is an exercise to boost idea generation and to meet experienced people interested to support new business ventures.

Format of the challenge:
- Teams of max 5 people. If you do not have a team, we will put you into one or you can work on your own too!
- Teams will be given exactly 3 beer mats, which will serve as your whiteboard.
- A theme will be given on the day of the event to build your business around.
- Teams will have 30 minutes to complete the task
- Teams will have 5 minutes to pitch the business idea to the judges and the larger group

The assessment will take place immediately after the presentations and the winners will be announced.

This event will be a great way to warm up for the upcoming IdeaPitch competition, where you'll get to meet a range of entreprenurial-minded people and share ideas, stories and experiences.
